Lisa Marie (Shaffmaster) Martin

Lisa Marie Martin, 40, of Battle Creek, Michigan, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022 at her home.

She was born on November 15, 1981 to Gary and Gladys (Slone) Shaffmaster in Mount Holly, New Jersey. She was a 1999 graduate of Battle Creek Central. On November 17, 2001 she married Danial Martin in Battle Creek, Michigan.

She was a very loving, generous, and gracious person who was devoted to providing the best for those close to her. Lisa was an excellent student, artist and writer of poetry, she has had several pieces of poetry published. She will be missed for her sense of humor and her collection of TAZ memorabilia. Lisa, more than anything loved her daughters and her family.

Lisa is survived by her loving husband, Danial, her two daughters; Taylor Marie Martin and Elizabeth Annmarie Martin both of Battle Creek, Michigan, her brother; Jason (Stacy) L. Shaffmaster of Battle Creek, Michigan, her sister; Amy Martin of Kalamazoo, Michigan, her sister-in-laws; Aubrey Ennik of Central Lake, Michigan and April (Paul) Williams of Battle Creek, Michigan, her nephew; Jayson Robert Shaffmaster of Battle Creek, Michigan  and her two nieces; Trinity F. Shaffmaster and Haillie Shi Shaffmaster both of Battle Creek, Michigan.

A Celebration of Lisa life will be held at a later date.

Memorials are suggested to the family.
